Travel Club

The Alpine View Travel Club is known for its interesting trips all around New Zealand.


Each year, members visit new and exciting locations – Nelson, Abel Tasman, World of Wearable Arts Wellington, TranzAlpine train, the Taranaki garden festival and more!

The best part is that you can go on a fully organised trip without having to worry about any of the small details.


TRILife Wellness Programme

TRILife is a wellness programme focusing on nutrition, exercise and state of mind. The programme includes daily exercise classes such as Tai Chi, Aquasize, Yoga, Dancercise, Step Up and more. There is an exercise class for every level of fitness and ability – all designed to be fun!


Regular TRILife talks feature different guest speakers sharing their areas of expertise. Celebrity guests have included Dr Matthew Croucher, Peter Hilary, Matty Lovell and Mark Inglis. The programme also includes inspirational documentaries, films and TED talks that are available in the theatre daily.

Facilities

Alpine View has a range of state-of-the-art facilities. The lodge, which is the hub of the village, includes a heated indoor swimming pool, spa, café, bar, restaurant, pool table, gym, movie theatre, hairdressing salon, medical centre and library.


The Clubhouse events centre has a demonstration kitchen, exercise equipment and, importantly, a dance floor! The village's coffee cart (Lucille) circulates regularly with complimentary barista-made coffee and muffins.
